Shipping & Orders
Where does FurFun ship?
We currently ship within Canada, United States. 
Do you ship to PO boxes?
We ship to PO boxed or APO/FPO boxes through standard shipping with Canada Post or USPS. For expedited orders using FedEx or UPS, we are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
Canada: We offer free standard shipping with orders above $150. For orders with a total of less than $100, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $6.99.
United States: We offer free standard shipping with orders above $200. For orders with a total of less than $150, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $12.99.
When will I receive my order?
We know you can’t wait to get your order. It takes us around 1-2 business days to process the order. Here are our estimated standard shipping days: 

Canada: 2-7 business days
United States: 3-10 business days

Shipping may take longer than usual due to carrier delays, so we can’t guarantee an arrival date.

Please stay updated about your package's delivery by checking your tracking link once your order has shipped.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Changed your mind? We do our best to process and ship out orders as quickly as possible, so please email us right away (at info@fur-fun.ca) if a change needs to be made. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order. However, we offer quick and easy exchanges or returns!
How can I check the status of my order?
You’ll receive an email notification once your order ships,  which will provide a link to order tracking details. The carrier usually takes 1-2 business days to provide tracking info once your order ships. If you are having trouble finding your tracking information, email us at info@fur-fun.ca, and we’ll help you out by providing information. 
Reutrns & Exchanges
How do I make a return or exchange?
FurFun hopes that your furry friend and you love your order! Please let us know if there’s any issue with your order. 

Our return process is easy. FurFun will accept returns/exchange within 30 days of your purchase. Please keep this in mind:

Make sure your item(s) are in their original packaging with tags. 
Free of odor and pet hair otherwise, a $7 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. 
Once we receive your item(s), we will issue your refund or store credit soon.


Special offer: 
Free exchange on your first order*! Don’t stress about getting the right size on your first purchase. 

For additional exchanges however, you’ll need to return your item(s) at your own cost.

*Free exchange only applies to same product but different size.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Credit cards and treats (just kidding). You can also shop with Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay, as well as PayPal.
